To be fair though, some people do own the PCBs or console ports, so there is that.

Jakou's last attack is rather overrated in terms of difficulty. The entire game is unquestionably easier than DoDonpachi, especially if you don't level up overmode as you can then switch into it for extra damage for only a minor bullet speed increase, the availability of kakusei for non-scoring survival use if you want to, the versatility of your bombs, etc. You can switch into kakusei and not fire at all to make it last even longer if you need to navigate a tight set of bullets to position yourself better, like say in 5-1. The sheer amount of options you have at your disposal make it easier than DDP if you're just going for a clear.MX7 wrote:I think it's roughly the same as DoDonpachi: maybe slightly easier overall, but the final attack evens things out.1up wrote:Is Galuda easier than DoDonPachi? Wait, what? How can you cancel it, he puts up a shield when you go into kakusei.RNGmaster wrote:Ahaha, what, you're supposed to suicide on the final attack so you have enough gems to cancel it? That's crazy.
