Oh no, I've appeared dead, haven't I. Well, real life kept me busy until a few days before I went away when I tried to prepare a Futari video to post. That didn't happen because I couldn't figure out mysterious audio desync problems before I had to go. I'll try it again when I get back.

I posted here and PM'd the OP about videos I wanted to share but never got a reply. I think this is going the same direction as the "shmup 'zine" someone posted about wanting to publish a few weeks back.... nowhere.

Good news, I've figured out those problems with capturing (I'm pretty sure). Expect something soon! (I have an idea that should be great if it works out, but it would take a bit of time.)

I'll start.

The backgrounds aren't nearly as terrible as I expected it to be going by actual haters on this forum. The actual gameplay however - in regards to the scoring at the very least - is not my forte. Congrats to the person who did this run, as I would not have had the patience to play something which feels to me like it went past the border between fun times and chores.

Something I just learned:

NicoNico videos are in 60 FPS, while Youtube is only 30.

Watching shmups and fighting games is a lot better on NicoNico.

You could counterstop the game right there if you wanted to, it'd only take a week.

Anyway, Ratikal has tested it and found that the game just forced the stage to continue, so it's just a one-off exploit only possible in stage 5 due to its structure: only stage 5 has a looping point with a flying enemy just preceding it. He got just over 50k for it.

Saw it for the first time at Wasshoi and have tried it for two more credits.
First was pretty casual so it went OK.
Second time i tried it Kamui was checking out my playing.
Needless to say i fucked up real bad.
