I said I'd settle for a 1-6 because I can't stand this game. When I actually got to 1-6 I barely get past the boss cause I got the wrong one. Thought I'd kill the enemy on 1-7 before it fired the lasers like I did with the first ones, but it got them off.

Cross Blade is much, much easier. I think someone already mentioned how to trigger the 1-6 bosses but if you're in the center of the screen after defeating the two spinny things, Cross Blade will pop instead of Geobite.
