Vinyl frames rock. The first I'd do would be those Peter Saville covers he did for NewOrder and Suede 8)

Stop hatin.

Top three records are unusable while the bottom three I can just remove them from the frame and play them on the TT. Plus it's nice because I can change around the LP covers often.

Oh, s***, you mean you have records inside the frame?! Hahah. I thought it was just the covers of repeat/common albums you had. There are plenty of junk vinyl out there with great lookin' covers, esp. those late 50s and early 60s Space Age Pop and Exotica and Lounge albums that are essentially worthless/dollarbin crap, but still possess catchy covers 8)

Not exactly ideal, but it allows me to play my Saturn on my 21" Sony CRT monitor... Which in turn prevents me from buying and storing another large display.

Info on the saturn RGB cable? Does it plug right in to the back of the saturn like a regular video cable?

Where do i buy one of these things??

Yes, it plugs into the Saturn like a regular video cable. I purchased mine from eBay seller retro_console_accessories. They don't appear to have any listed right now, but they would probably make one for you if you contacted them.

Also - if you are looking for an RGB --> VGA converter, I'm selling the one pictured here. See this thread for details. Make me an offer if interested.

Over here in the States, Target is selling a Domo with generic Space Invaders motif themed T-Shirt.

And over at the local FYE stores, you can buy the cool official Taito Space Invaders themed T-Shirt with a SI enemy doing his DJ magic at the turntables with a cool pair of headphones setup. It's all presented in a glorious & colorful 8-bit graphical sprite presentation. (I'd imagine a SI Extreme or Extreme 2 themed T-Shirts would be ace as well.) It's the first time that Taito Corp. has authorized it's SI IP with a DJ vibe for the 2012 year. Bought one yesterday on a whim.

It was an accident, actually. My nephew bought it for me in an anime convention... the clueless salesman told him it was Pedobear.

I went to the flea market today and found this.

Image

Iori Yagami jigsaw puzzle. Is this thing legitimate? The way the ink runs on the cover makes it look old, bootleg, or a combination of the two. I believe the back side has a sticker that says Budapest. Still sealed, too.
Why is it called the Vic Viper/Warp Rattler? Because the Options trail behind it in a serpent-like fashion, and the iconic front fins are designed to invoke the image of a snake's fangs.

Not a new purchase really, but my first stick. Tried to buy this this ex-se from sikraiken a year ago but finally got it now. lots of parts from lizardlick next to it and my finnish army beret in the picture because I started serving in the army a couple weeks ago. Going to take a while to get used to using it, should be fun :)

You've been here since 2005 and just now are getting a stick?! Well better late then never, and you have chosen wisely with the HRAP EX-SE! It likely will take time to get used to, having it on a stable flat surface in front of your display will help.

Hehe, yeah. I got it mostly for fighting games though since I'm fine with playing shmups with a pad even if I don't get used to sticks. Eagle grip feels best for me so far. But IMO if anything the high score boards on this forum prove that all control methods are pretty much equal for shmups as long as the controller is responsive and durable, it's just about what you find comfortable.

A couple of things I bought from the local art fair. My tastes in art tend to run more toward the side of things that don't take themselves too seriously, and these ones (from a couple of different artists) stood out.
