One of the ingredients Citrus Medica is ancient, as it was brought to Greece from Persia by the armies of Alexander the Great!
I'm generally not a fan of beer or a drinker, but I got 2 bottles from the supermarket today and it was excellent! Especially the black version! Much better than those German beers!
Volkan, I wonder if Mr. Spock has tried this?

You should have posted this in the 'drunk' thread where we actively discuss beers (and beer styles.) I'm a little split in thinking on one hand that the youtube presentation is a bit overblown, but on the other hand, I wish the process of every beer was celebrated in this way. Using honey and fruits in beer certainly isn't new and there's a whole art as to how much and when--for instance, the honey would normally act to dry the beer out since it is also fermentable, and often you can't taste it.
Glad you found something you really like--perhaps you'll start exploring some other styles?
