Jesus, that stuff is brutal. I got offered something similar from some norwegian girl once, put it under my lip, and got heavy hiccups and dizziness after a short time. If you´re not used to nicotine it just knocks you over, and I bet many smokers will still find that pretty heavy.

I´ve heard it´s considered to be dramatically less dangerous than smoking (no black lungs for instance), but still I will probably keep stay from it

Yeah, tried it once as well. It really sucks. Not only that, it also makes you look like a dork with huge upper lip.

Isn't that a man who's been chewing tobacco to the point of losing his jaw, and now he's claiming snus saved what's left of his head?

Snus is big business in Sweden, and many studies have been undertaken to try and determine just how safe or unsafe it is. Results point to it being relatively safe and not causing cancer, and so recently the manufacturers were allowed to change the warning text from "may cause cancer" to read "may damage your health". I'm lobbying for it to read "may heighten your level of concentration, allowing you to break that stupid highscore."

Kurosawa made Yojimbo? Not that I saw it but it was being showed in a old japanese film festival back in August. I only saw "Three Outlaw Samurai" but wished to see the rest which included Yojimbo and Throne of Blood.

My avatar? Not hard to guess. Goes great with music.

you forgot "makes you look like someone with a mouthful of grit" and "stinks like rancid baboons-arse" ;)

snus is actually illegal in most countries, for instance cops in london confiscated some i brought over to watch my friends puke (pitching it as a "swedish delicasy" is hilarious), doesnt necessarily mean its overly toxic tho.. just look at marijuana

Huh I always thought she was from Panty and Stocking. Though I've never seen it so I don't know why, but I guess it's a similar style. Kind of.
