Hooking up ps2/saturn to blast city?

I tried to find a thread on this but im not completely sure if theres a simple way of doing this or not...

I have absolutely no experience with any arcade cabinets, and im just wondering how much money/time I'll have to spend to get a saturn/ps2 hooked up to a blast city before I invest in a cab.
