i think thats a very fair price..and i picked up the strkers 1999 for a good price too..from the same ebay seller!!

Yeah, I had a bid in on his Battle Bakraid board too, but that one got sniped. The shipping's going to be a bit of a pain ($27, since it's coming from Hong Kong) but that still seems to be a decent price.

That's interesting that it's being shipped from Hong Kong... Maybe he's posting it for sale for someone else, since I know that this seller is located in my city, I've bought a couple of MVS carts from him.

I've seen nothing in the seller's feedback to indicate that he's selling bootlegs (and in fact, I verified the PCB picture he had with one on The Sheep's site, and assuming that is the board I'd be getting it looks genuine.) When you bought the cart were you able to pick it up locally?
