Is there a program i can download for free that will translate Japanese text from foriegn websites for me?

Use the "Translate webpage" option, put in the url, and choose Japanese to English Beta. Will translate all further pages when you click on links. Only drawback is it has problem with frames, otherwise pretty good.

Amikai translations are much more readable than Google's (in my experience anyway):

Check one of the radio buttons on the right side to translate "from" Japanese (set to "to" Japanese by default).
