I'm not requesting assistance with anything at the moment. I just noticed some peculiar things about the games and want to know about them.
In DoDonPachi 1 stage 2, mid level with the large tank, there are these flowers that bloom and wilt in response to your laser within the blown areas of the large structure the tank emerges from. Do they do anything if a certain trick is executed?
Does anyone know the names of all the bosses from DDP 1-4? I know Senko, Raiko, Golden Disaster, the girls, and obviously Hibachi from the Xbox achievements and instruction manual.
I read a few things here and there about something called DoDon...Puchi Zero. I looked it up directly and found nothing on it. What is it if it even exists?
And finally, is the DonPachi Corps flat out evil? From the stories in the earlier games and DFK's epilogue it sure seems like it.
That's all I want to know...

They give you points per frame.XoPachi wrote:In DoDonPachi 1 stage 2, mid level with the large tank, there are these flowers that bloom and wilt in response to your laser within the blown areas of the large structure the tank emerges from. Do they do anything if a certain trick is executed?
It's an i-mode game. I've been somewhat attempting to get a Japanese phone with some of these games on them (and possibly attempt to rip them and emulate them, if I feel like that won't be too much effort). You're not going to be able to easily get it, as I don't think they sell it on the iアプリ store thing anymore. There are a whole bunch of Cave ports for i-mode though. Off the top of my head, I know there was Ketsui, Guwange, Esprade, Espgaluda, Espgaluda2, Mushihimesama, Mushihimesama Futari, and Pink Sweets. I'm sure there were more, I just can't think of them right now.XoPachi wrote:I read a few things here and there about something called DoDon...Puchi Zero. Probably.XoPachi wrote:And finally, is the DonPachi Corps flat out evil? From the stories in the earlier games and DFK's epilogue it sure seems like it.

<S.Yagawa> I like the challenge of "doing the impossible" with older hardware, and pushing it as far as it can go.

Probably.
Re: DoDonPachi Trivia
I don't think there's any of Puchi, but I've seen a few Ketsui and DOJ ones.

I saw a guy playing Switch on the train once. Looks pretty fun.
Re: DoDonPachi Trivia
Yeah, I really want to try a lot of these iアプリ versions, they seem fun.

Re: DoDonPachi Trivia
Personally, I've had it with lolis. I had a gut feeling they were planning or already planned on infesting Ketsui with it like DDP. -_-
