Here's the full list. Not all naked people on "bath salts" but I'd say that cutting out your own intestines and throwing them at the police is slightly unusual behaviour.

There was a guy some years back in Canada I think that stabbed a bus mate a ridiculous amount of times, very silently after dark. Another passenger spotted what was happening and everyone tried to exit. Everybody pressed against the doors to lock the killer in, so he used his knife to saw through the victim's neck and held the head up for all of them to see. I remember reading that it had something to do with the prescription drugs he was abusing affecting the serotonin levels in his brain.

I wouldn't be surprised if it really is bath salts or some other designer drug causing this stuff. It's really too bad, because it's going to lead to more and more laws when they could just be lenient about the traditional drugs that already exist in the US. Give the people marijuana and maybe they'll be less inclined to seek out stuff that makes them turn violent. There really is no end to the 'war on drugs', people have been finding new ways to get high since the dawn of time.
