Help with Model 2 emulator

Post by Zeether »

I'm trying to get my 360 pad to work with the Model 2 emulator from Nebula, and I cannot set the triggers for accelerate/brake. Is it not possible?

Are you using the XBCD drivers? I believe the configuration utility may be able to help in this regard.

They're unofficial drivers for the 360 controller that allows said controller to be used in programs that support DirectInput (like every program made in the last 14+ years) instead of just XInput (Call of Duty PC edition and some AAA titles, not much else).

It could be that the emulator in question doesn't support some aspects of XInput but may accept trigger values when using the unofficial drivers. Of course it could just be the emulator itself being wonky - I've had no experience with Nebula but have had issues regarding the triggers prior to installing XBCD.
