Is it true that all carts are bootlegs?
I just bought a cart and it seems like nothing special- do other carts have everything unlocked and such?

Not all Snk Vs Capcom Chaos are bootleg. It was found Japhei had the legit carts created a few years ago. He then sold them all I believe and they are now in circulation.
