Have got a HANTAREX CT 28 EQ MONITOR, and noticed that some of the removable dials are missing to adjust the pots for geometry, colour, contrast etc. Im not sure of the correct name for them but this is what they are....

It's called a shaft. I'm pretty sure this is for Piher PT15 series potentiometers. Try Googling "piher shaft".
