Yeah, you got the ranking system right. However, I'm not sure which game you're referring to with Blue Wish/Resurrection. BW/BWR/BWR+ are sequels of eachother (can't remember offhand about BWR vs BWR+, though).

If you don't correct me I'll just interpret it at as BWR.

BWR+ is a remix/remake of BWR with altered gameplay and a few extra features, kinda like Futari BL vs. 1.5. They could probably be lumped together as one game (though BWR is way better than BWR+ :V).
