I was searching for something similar at one point. The selection is pretty slim but I found some results when googling 'monitor riser'

You can make your own cheap DIY version of a monitor stand with some IKEA parts, doesn't look too shabby either.

ikea hacks. totally forgot about that site. They have some pretty clever designs.
