More R-Type Final Models *update* Darius Boss Models

Post by Sly Cherry Chunks »

The Wonder 2005 festival has been and gone, just a few more and anonymous will have models for all 101 ships.

I'm not holding out much hope on ever being able to buy any of these - but they're still cool. No 'Sweet Memories' yet though.

I am with ya on that one brother. Sweet Memories was definitely one of my favorite unlockable ships from that game. In fact most of the ships with that "capsule cockpit" design are all fairly cool looking.

yeah ... seriously, some of these are so bad-ass, I'd kill for them.

I really want to pick up the kit from hobbyfan at the very least ...

Neat-o mostquit-o. I've bought a few models I plan to put together sometime this fall. I haven't done that in ten years, at least. I have the Crusader from Area 88 and a Macross Valkyrie in fighter mode I will put together. But resin models/garage kits are intimidating. You have to use special paints, don't you? And I could never put together a garage kit of an anime figure.... There's no way I could do the eyes. You'd have to be a modelling god to do one of those and have it look good.
