I am part of a team currently developing a side scrolling shooter. It is still in the early stages but we would love to get some feedback from the guys who love games of this genre the most.
The basic premise is you play as a dragon on a quest to become King of the Dragons, battling across different lands to gain the power you need to defeat the current king.
This demo just includes starting up the game and an endless loop of the dragon in a demo stage until you die, fighting against archers, wizards and gyrocopters.
Use mouse to aim and left-click to shoot, middle scroll to cycle through spells and right-click to use your spells (we've given you a lightning and healing spell to start off with). You can press and hold left-click to charge the fireball which is much stronger than a regular fireball.
