English ROMs for Strider Hiryu 2

Is it possible to swap a couple of chips to get English on this crazy awesome game? All the EPROMS appear to be socketed on the game board.

Good question... I have the JP version as well. IIRC, the downside to the US version is that they removed the voice samples that play in the cutscenes...

That would make sense, the Japanese voices with the English text would be a bit odd, but I wouldn't mind so much.

I guess if I have the English ROM files from MAME they can be written to new chips. Hobby Roms does that?

best version is ASIAN. english text and jap samples AFAIK..
