I got my license!

Post by UnscathedFlyingObject »

Whohohohohohohoho **party emoticon**

I accept sucking at driving before since I failed the NY road test once, but now, I suck less. This time, I did almost everything right 'cept I'm still not as careful as I should be driving. I get distracted now and then, but I'm learning the ropes, mostly because getting distracted was the reason I failed my first time (I forgot to look back when going out.)

Someone bring me some Coke! We're having a Coke party.

Good to hear, man. Just keep practicing and you'll be chaining pedestrians in no time. :P

Just hope that he doesn't buzz enough for his "level up" and "moment of invincibility," which would lead him to charge dead on into the nearest crowd in order to capitalize, heh.

^ See you on the road    !!!!!

Edit: So what happened to your car? I haven't been keeping up with what happened after your accident. The last thing I remember was about trading your car.

Congrats. NY must be a bitch to drive.

Out here it gets damn congested all the time. Gotta keep an eye out for pedestrians and bicyclists. Both darts out from nowhere.

LA is probably the worst though.

Too bad you picked the worst time to start driving, with these gas prices...gas is 3 bucks a gallon here!! :x It's sad when you find yourself pining for the days when it was just 2.30 a gallon.

Congrats. Just make sure when you're buzzing people, you're not doing it Psyvariar 2 style. "OMG I GOT TEH MAX CHAIN" :) As far as NY being a bitch to drive, I'm in NY, and it's not *too* bad. People sometimes drive like dipshits, but that's everywhere.

Guys, I just got my license. I ain't buying a car. Besides, I'm still draining my parents' funds to go to school. When the time comes, I'll ask around here for opinions, watch out for it.

Hopefully, by the time I get my first car (about three or four years from now), they'd have invented cars that run on pollution. That would keep us going for another couple of centuries.

Nah, I didn't like the other car enough to trade for it. It had the engine I wanted, but I can build one for myself with some patience and extra cash.
That 78 Camaro didn't really have anything on my Chevelle except 1/4 mile speed.
Still, my Chevelle's getting even faster with some more "tuning".
I just installed a bigger carburator today...so, my engine can get all the gas and air it needs to breathe MUCH better.

I even did a bitchin burnout yesterday...she got a little wild, but I kept er going straight. (back country road of course)

Now all you need are the shades that truck drivers wear and hang your arm out the window and turn-signal with using only your driving hand, and you're totally badass!

For some reason I wasn't too ecstatic when I got my license, pretty weird.

I remember being happy when I got my license, I'd worked a few years in a dirty cigarette kiosk in a supermarket saving money for one (I was at school at the time). I'd bought the car just before passing, and went out for a nice leisurely drive in it. Happy days.
