When I was in Japan primarily for the TGS Spring 2000 show, I came across a small Japanese hobby shop in Kyoto that was selling some Five Star Stories model kits...25,000yen was the going price for one back in the day. And the cheapest Macross model kits were priced at 22,500 yen! I thought no way am I gonna pay that kind of money for a cool kick-ass mecha model kit but do recall that at a big Japanese Toys-R-Us store was selling the Master Grade Z-Gundam kit for 16,000 yen...a real bargin & a steal at that price!

I dig the cool Five Star Stories movie that was recently released in the USA finally after all that waiting...is professional English text subtitled with original Japanese language.
