There's really not a heck of a lot of info available on most of these yet (Raji has the most, I think), but offhand I'm interested in trying all four eventually, if they ever get a home port (I can't afford arcade stuff and the arcades around here are atrocious); I have to say that Under Defeat interests me the least out of the bunch, though. Of course, I may end up pleasantly surprised by it, who knows.

*sighs* Anything by Cave will always win these things. Cave's greatest farts would probably score higher than Raiden III coz it is Cave. Incidentally, why isn't Raiden III on the list while we don't know a damn thing about ESPgaluda 2.
EDIT: Some crap removed about ESPgaluda 2...damn, there are photos already? Cave moves too fast sometimes!

Probably because this is a list of upcoming arcade releases, whereas the arcade Raiden III has been out for a while.CMoon wrote:Incidentally, why isn't Raiden III on the list

I like ESPGaluda, but if I'm perfectly honest, I cannot think of a single thing that it does better than Shiki 2. Both games start a little slow, and both games have average music. Personally I prefer the artistic style of Shiki 2 and its weapon-set is much more interesting IMO. But I'll admit that I never really got comfortable with the weapons in ESPGaluda-- I'm always wanting a traditional bomb, I guess. And I'll admit that I have spent much more time with the scoring system of Shiki-- ESPGaluda's is still mysterious to me.Naiera wrote:Voting for Shikigami 3 ahead of ESPGaluda 2 makes you a 'tard

Everything, if you ask me. I like Shiki II... it's great, BUT...I like ESPGaluda, but if I'm perfectly honest, I cannot think of a single thing that it does better than Shiki 2.
-ShikiII = Too many damn characters. This is a turn off for me.
-Graphics are good at best. I'm not a graphics whore, but the Naomi is capable of way more
-I'm a sprite whore when it comes down to it
-I hate game music, yet kind of like ESPGaluda's soundtrack (Shiki's doesn't make me vomit though)
-The Kakusei system makes me pull my pants down.

Hmm, that would be all 4 of them I think. I am willing to bet on the fact that all the four mentioned games are going to see an console port in one way or another.Sonic R wrote:Which one is likely to see a console release. Thats the one I'll be most excited for.
Btw, Under Defeat gets my vote! Least anticipated of the four is by far Radilgy (I hope they prove my scepsis wrong though).
