Anything to add?Seimitsu LS-32-01: This one isn't too hard. Before you put the stick in, take the PCB off of the LS-32 (it screws in at the bottom) and rotate it 90 degrees then screw it back in. Now you have to put it in the TE stick rotated 90 degrees so that it goes from right to left (the mounting brackets are configured so the north-south ones are for Sanwa whereas the east-west ones are for Seimitsu). Put the harness on and you should be good to go.

So yeah I have decided to throw out the JLF and shove in a Ls-32-01 now what I understand this is pretty much all that is needed

Those instructions seem to complicate things. Make sure you have an "SS" mounting plate (if you're ordering from LL I believe that comes with the LS-32-01). Install the stick so the pins that you connect the wiring harness to are facing the same direction as the pins on the JLF did (it's been a while, but I believe it's left), flip the wiring harness connector over (180 degrees), and connect the harness to the stick.Zeron wrote:So yeah I have decided to throw out the JLF and shove in a Ls-32-01 now what I understand this is pretty much all that is needed

That should be it. It's all I needed to do with my LS-40-01.

LS-56 is waaaay better than the LS-32 for shmups. -01 version is available as well.

Qft. I hated the ls-32, but the 56 is a brilliant little stick. I've been using one in a te case for shmups and tetris the grand master 3 and it's just too nice.emphatic wrote:LS-56 is waaaay better than the LS-32 for shmups. -01 version is available as well.
