Hmmm, I guess what I am driving at is: Has Capcom USA EVER made a GREAT game? Everything I have ever played by them is mediocre.

Why get my expectations up now?

hahah...snk NEVER made better fighters hahaha. that is like the silliest thing to say, cause to blast capcom for having broken characters and sloppy character balance, and turn aound and say snk makes better games is just dumb. snk has some of the most broken characters. duolon anyone? snkvcap geese? i actully only like kof dream match, kof newave, and 2002, and motw. and none of those are great.

Where's this info? I can't see info about SF4 anywhere.

And this "Counter Strike Neo V2" has anything to do with that famous Counter-Strike ? It would be weird to have something like this in arcades..

I only saw the list that was copy and pasted here. I'm wondering where the info about SF4 being designed by Capcom U.S.A. is coming from.

Interesting. According to that bit of news, it looks like there is another Ghosts 'n Goblins/Ghouls 'n Ghosts (Makaimura) game coming out.

It will probably be SFIV, on either the System 246 or AtomisWave. Capcom seems to be finished with the Naomi; it would be a surprise if they made any of the new titles on the Naomi...

Espgaluda2

Metal Slug 6
Street fighter 4 (if this is true)

I'd much rather have a Vampire Savior 3/Darkstalkers 4 instead of a new Street Fighter. I own a 3rd Strike CPS3 arcade system, and I must say I actually don't like the game too much. Seems way to slow and every retarded kid who learns how to parry now thinks he's the master at fighting games and that 3rd Strike is TeH BeSt!!?! I own it. It sucks. It was an innovating game when it came out 43 years ago, but it just can't even hold it's own to Vampire Savior. Vampire Savior has better speed, better character design, EX moves, and no parrying for all the fucktards who thinks that's what makes a fighter.

As long as its a true sequel and not a compilation release I would love a Vampire Savior 3/ Darkstalkers 4

Although a totally redone SF4 would kick some serious booty.

I am down with whatever Capcom fighter there is. I think I have just about every game :) Including CRAPCOM Fighting Jam on system 246

I agree, but if they really are releasing a Street Fighter 4 I really hope that they give the game better speed than the Street Fighter 3 series had. I'm hoping so bad that my brain is going to fucking bleed. I better lower my standards before I have an aneurism.

3rd Strike has EX moves? You should sell your CPS3 before it dies in the closet.

Yeah, I meant that Vampire Savior has EX moves as well, I should have clarified. Anyway, CPS3 motherboards go for like $15 on ebay. If my board ever dies I'll just harvest the dimms, security cart, and disc/disc drive and snag another board and do a quick transplant. I'd sell it, but my fucktard friends like the game too much.

Shiki III has been confirmed to be video only... not playable. ESPGaluda II will at least have a video... maybe playable (I've read mixed reports). Whoever the fuck is making Half-Life 2 Survivor (it's on Type-X... I think Taito is publishing) will have a video of it running... no playable AFAIK.

As for what I will buy:
I'm going way out of my way (pissing away a free business class seat and waking up 5 hours earlier) to get a taste of ESPGaluda II, so it's very likely I'll shell out the $2k at launch to check it out. The rest... I might spend 100 yen on to play.

3S is only slow compared to the SFA series and ST (and Vampire). Compared to SSF2 and the original SF2, it goes by at a fair speed. Anyway, it sucks that you have dumb fans around you but you can hardly blame the game for that. Parrying is just a high-risk, high-reward option to select, that's all.

I'd certainly agree that there's absolutely no point for another Vampire collection. Vampire Collection and 2 Vampire Chronicles both filled all the compilation gaps that the series had. However, the vampire director's gone so I don't know how much direction another game would have.
