Issues with CGA2VGA with Sega Saturn on 640i Title screens.

Hello.
I recently got a CGA2VGA and been having a hard time with it. The new issue with the CGA2VGA is the sega saturn and games that have a 640*480i Titles screen. Game likes Panzer Dragoon Zewi and Panzer Dragoon Saga for some reason make the screen flicker and then show the no "signal black" screen. Once the game goes into the actual game (which must be 320*240) the screen flickers again and the picture appears.
My set up goes like this.
Sega Saturn-SCART RGB--->Sync Strike---->CGA2VGA convertor---> VGA to HDMI Convertor--->LG CRT HDTV.
