idea by a guy on shoryuken forums. i can't find the original post but all credit goes to him for this.
apparently, you can very simply remove that annoying "hop" when the ls-32 hits the restrictor
by using a washer with about 1-1,5mm thickness between the actuator and the c-clamp of
the stick.
i actually used a really flat nut like below :

it's about 1,5 mm thick :

below a video of mounting everything together and a before / after test. works like a charm. no hopping.
a drawback is a slightly stiffer spring which i still doubt will concern a lot of you.

please notice that instead of a c-clamp i'm using a piece of telephone card in my seimitsu sticks as removing
the original clip is (at least for me) and awful job an this allows me to mount/dismount the stick quickly
