Another Kamui question...

Isn't there a red ship that you can unlock?

I unlocked the grey one, but I remember seeing someone use the red one in one video, is the red ship real and how do I unlock it if it is?

Nope, at least in the final version, there's just the default blue and unlockable grey ships. Maybe you're remembering footage from RefleX? The player ship in that game is red and a later stage takes place in the same location as Kamui's opening stage.

I even remember a guy commenting something along the lines of

"I see no changes with the red ship, it's only weaker than the normal one"

or something like that.

I've never bothered with the grey ship (still working on maximising my score with the default) but LtC has and he described it as generally weaker in the previous Kamui score thread. That's about all I have to contribute.
