I tried most of games in B1 mode but I don't know why they got "black Border" on the edges. I cannot adjust screen position on Screen Setting. I also tried to adjust NTSC dot clock and screen size to Underscan on Special Screen Settings. also, I adjusted DOT_by_DOT as well, it still does not work.
You can't. B1 is pure linedoubling. SNES outputs 224 visible lines on a 240p signal, so the XRGB's output is 448 visible lines with 32 black lines on a 480p signal. The SNES also doesn't use the full picture width, but a light underscan as well to keep the aspect ratio correct in relation to the black bars on top and bottom. To get rid of the borders on a TV set you use the overscan function on the TV itself.

Thank you for your quick response. I'm playing Jamma board with Supergun, Does it same problem? And also I'm playing some of my other Jamma board which is unstable and shacking screen in B1 mode but if I adjust to B0 mode, it works great.
I see. So if the screen is unstable and shacking in B1 mode, What can I do? Thanks
On the XRGB-3 enable the LPF function and set the image mode to underscan. Also reduce AFC as much as possible without causing the screen to bend on top. You can also add a sync cleaner between your supergun and your XRGB or an Extron interface between the XRGB and your display.

I already tried LPF, it does not work and adjusted to underscan which is no picture, whole screen black out and AFC is only for screen bend on top which is not working for unstable and shacking screen. On the other hand, you mentioned Extron interface, I found a lot of this machine on eBay but I don't know which model is suitable for my TV.
Pretty much any Extron RGB interface will do, I'd get one with the DIP switches on the front as I find I have to toggle the DSP switch on and off quite a bit.
You might also want to try changing the sync polarity on the XRGB3 sometimes that can help.

I would like to ask that do you know any machine can replace XRGB-3 because it needs more wiring if I buy Extron interface. Thanks.
well, you could go cheap: GBS-8220 + SLG3000 (maybe + Sync Strike if you want to use home systems as well). Not quite as good a picture as on the XRGB, but quite trouble and stress-free. Pretty much everything else is more geared towards home cinema setups, so the problems are plentiful with videogames of all kinds...

I bought GBS-8200 from China before I buy XRGB-3, it does not work for me. Thanks.

Yes, I have tired Sync Polarity, it is not working and Extron Interface which you shown me, I saw the output port of this interface is different from my TV. Thanks.

It's only a matter of buying a cable to go with it.
Yes, I heard XRGB-Mini Framemeister which is same price of XRGB-3 but I don't believe XRGB Series, it is terrible for me.
Sorry but that makes no sense, you had trouble with the XRGB3, which is old and widely documented as being problematic, (but people still use it in spite of this because of what a good result it can give) now you won't buy any more Micomsoft products? It's like saying, oh my SNES didn't work on my TV so I won't buy a Wii.

Yes , I will not buy Microsoft Product again because this product is not so good for me, of course you won't spend money to buy their other product again, this is normal person will do it. Why I don't try other Brand? Micomsoft is not only Brand in the Market.
