Yes, real propaganda.
"The only desire the Culture could not satisfy from within itself was one common to both the descendants of its original human stock and the machines [...]: the urge not to feel useless."

Thought you guys was talking about the TV show.
So did I. In fact, a GameFAQs search shows the only game titled "Homeland" is this:

If a chibi Kim Jong Il really appears, I might have to import.

Those well-fed communists have a peculiar look to them. This plumpy physique. My Chinese boss (in a PCB factory where I used to work) looked like that too. All the other Chinese (and, I suspect, North Koreans, yup) working there didn't look like that.
As for the North Koreans working in the West, little known fact is that North Korean diplomatic ouposts lend out North Korean labourers to western companies on a regular basis. Certainly happens in Czech Republic, Poland and Russia. Possibly Ukraine too. Just where Special Economic Zones are. That's how Kim Jong-il and the likes get their pocket money for fine booze and AV equipment I guess.

Ugh, bad slip up. 'Homeland' was supposed to be 'Homefront', the 2011 FPS.
Sorry guys, no chibi Kim Jong Il in the GC game Homeland.

Well that's no fun.

Y'know, they should just call him Kim Jong Dead...cuz he is. :P
The world would be a better place if there were less shooters and more dot-eaters.
