Slap Happy Rhythm Busters PSX!

Ok, my friend is selling me this game but I have no glue on how it plays. He says that is a mix of 2d fighting, with cel shading graphics, and beatmania style specials. But I was wondering if anyone here has played it here?

Splendid fighting game. You're a lucky man. You'd never believe that this game and Jet Set Radio came out the same day. So now when someone says Jet Set Radio was the first game with cel shading, you can say "BULLSHIT! I GOT PROOF HO!"

I like the Samurai guy the best. Have fun!
