Regional difference for component video?

I'm wondering is there any regional difference for component videos other than the usual 50hz/60hz?

Do they work like RGB where its universal? Thanks.

Yes, the same across all regions. Consumer component video (YCbCr/YPbPr) is not based on NTSC (YIQ) or PAL (YUV) colour systems.
