Is it possible to use a (UK in this case) non-residential credit card to purchase games-on-demand from other countries XBox Live Marketplace?
I want to buy raiden fighters aces from the JPN store. I can sort out the IP address issues and I have an NTSC-J machine, but will it accept my UK card as payment?
I don't know why, but the option to use paypal doesn't appear when I look at payment options using my japanese account. With my UK account Paypal is given as an option. I don't really want to get into buying foreign points cards because the mark-up on them makes me want to weep.
Payment method for other region's xbox Live Marketplace.

To go "full-Plank" - colloquial - To experience disproportionate levels of frustration as a result of resistance to completing a task. Those who go "full-Plank" very rarely recover.

Do you know what the usage allowances of games on demand is? I.e. will I be able to play the game on a different account to the one that bought it, on the original machine that the game was downloaded on?

Japanese accounts don't have any Paypal feature (and even on my non-JP account, it doesn't work).
A UK card won't work, you'll have to buy with points.
