Sengoku Ace PCB Problem

Post by The Expanding Man »

I bought this board from eBay:

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/150681423382 ... _791wt_851

I have two cabs. My Tate cab is a Blast City. My vertical cab is an Astro City.

With my Blast City, I get the copywrite message followed by a black screen. No buttons seem to give any response.

With my Astro City the board seems to work perfectly.

Any suggestions as to the cause of this discrepency?

My first thought was dip switch settings, possibly to do with coin settings.

Every other PCB works perfectly, so I guess so.

I suggest buying a a voltage meter and checking it. it could be that your other boards just aren't too picky. it's not unheard of.
