White Castle if you're trying to fix things before going to sleep, eggs and toast the morning after if your hangover is nasty. Water and Advil help too. Caffeine will just dehydrate you further. I like adding a little Brioschi antacid to my water, as the fizz seems to help.

The best thing to do is prevent your hangover from being bad. A primary cause of hangovers is dehydration, so if you drink water while you're drinking, you can prevent the nausea and the headache for the most part. If you can't do that, just down a few big glasses of water before you go to bed or when your night is winding down. As for foods, my go to post-drinking food is a ham and cheese omelette w/ a big pile of hashbrowns and wheat toast. That usually sets me straight.
