Sleep Paralysis

I have been known to sleep walk and quite often in college, wonder how much of it went on with out me ever knowing. I do know that I've taken 2 showers in my sleep in the past few years. One I was dreaming I had to go pick up some friends for a concert, and would have got in my car, but when I got out of the shower, I got so mad I was cold from the ac, that I went back to bed. Another one I kept nodding out on and off and dreaming I was getting ready for work, that was when I snapped fully awake and was in the shower. Other times I'll wake up and all the lights are on in my room or other stuff is moved, which I attribute to zombie mode.
