PDP versus on 360?

Does anyone have impressions or just thoughts on how the PDP Versus control pad would work for shmuping?

All I know is that the stick is supposed to be like the one on the NG Pocket Color.

Problem is, a lot of these third-party pads have a habit of breaking after a couple months of regular use.

The package (at least for the PS3 version I saw) is actually open a bit so you can push the buttons and nudge the stick around. It felt a lot like an NGCD pad overall, but it also seemed a bit cheap despite even the buttons having microswitches.

The old one with marvel art broke a lot, but I remember hearing that has been improved in the newer version

Sega would make a killing on Saturn pads for every console designed exactly like the old ones.

I guess they made some for the PS2?
