PC rail shooters (looking for one in particular)

There was a freeware rail shooter for PC that came out within the past year or so. I think it was a japanese game, and it was supposed to be mind-bogglingly hard and featured dominatrices or something to that effect as the main enemies. Anyone know what it was called?

Failing that, anyone know any good rail shooters made with a mouse (rather than a lite gun) in mind?

Neural Gear for the Sharp X68k plays with a mouse. For the PC there's Gunners Heart, but I don't recall mouse support in that one.
