Hello.
I'm running a Sega Saturn using composite cables to a Phillips LCD tv. The screen jumps a lot when playing Real Bout Fatal Fury as well as X-Men vs Street Fighter. I adjusted the ratio to 4:3 and that helped a little bit. I think I need to adjust the resolution settings, and I'm working on figuring that out. Anybody else have any input on this? Thanks.

Almost certainly a noise/sync issue of some kind.
Happens to all games or just these two? If all games perhaps its a flakey cable/connection, or some kind of incompatibility on the tv end.
Region of all the various parts?
Don't suppose you've tried the same setup through a scaler/transcoder or another screen?
These are RAM cart games too? Perhaps something to do with it - though the carts are probably solid the connection/slot on saturn is prone to wear/damage fairly easily ...

The low resolution of older consoles will not display properly on modern flat screen tv's. I found that out when i was playing Ps1 games on my ps2. I soft modded my Ps2 and installed a program called GSM and it forces screen resolution to 480p for Ps1 games and it was perfect. As an alternative i got a new laptop that is fast and i'm playing all my favorite games via emulation with HDMI out. U can use SSF which runs Sat games very well.
