How do I access service mode on Sony PVM-2730QM?

I've searched around the internet but I can't find out to to do it. The only information I have seen says that I need a remote control which I don't have. Does anybody know if I can access it any other way?

You probably have to remove the back cover and turn some very small pots on the boards to make adjustments. Probably no service menu. Call Sony Professional NJ to be sure. They helped me recently.
