The daughter even told him she had the video and was going to release it and his response was basically "go ahead". If kids are to be physically punished, the head should be avoided, unless it's a playful slap on the head. A spank on the butt is not going to cause any damage since it's just a soft puff of fatty tissue.

Ugh her interview was terribly acted. Just a food for thought. This is my opinion & analysis about the whole situation. Yeah I'm sure many will disagree, but I'm just throwing this out, so you can get some insight about the entire situation.



This whole video went viral when the judge wanted to take away her car because she drops out of college. She tried to blackmail him with threats of releasing the video before, but he didn't budge.

It was a set up. She drew out the punishment longer because she wanted a good show, and then she put it away, and saved it for when she knew her dad would cut her off financially. She is currently 23 at the moment and lives across the country from her father.

Yeah he was mad and didn't control himself too well(No he did not enjoy doing it you sick fuckers), but if your daughter who you've spent thousands on, with you as the only income in the family, threatens the whole livelihood of the family because of her ILLEGAL activities on the web, wouldn't u be mad? I almost guarantee this was not the first time she was caught in the act.

Also it cost about 1 million dollars to raise up a kid with cerebral palsy. It's not cheap keeping a kid like that, so income is very important.



Now I took the time to analyze the video.

First off if any of you have ever been beaten, and I mean really beaten, you can't just stop crying like she did. twice.

Also the mom hit her harder than the dad. Another note, at the very beginning shes acts like a wise ass, but quits rather quickly and responds with "sir." A sign she remember the camera was on. Then at the end she goes and check on the camera, not crying of course.



Kids are abused (rape etc.) everyday but the media goes after this? Something that happened in 2004 in a staged setting, with it coming into light because shes about to lose her car.

In a whole, this entire case is retarded, and the worst part is that she said, "I hope my father can get the help he needs." bullshit. You don't care about him at all.

Getting belted was considered normal when/where I grew up. Corporal punishment at school was also part of the norm.

I attended a private school where the school director and the teachers would deal with infractions by three methods: make you stand holding a loaded backpack above your head, a ruler to the hands, or a ruler to the legs - in front of everyone. It was quite a spectacle. They even had a nickname for that ruler: "more." Didn't do your homework? Got caught bullying? Showed disrespect towards adults? Then you must want more. The Jesuits were more into a form of caning using a really thin tree branch as punishment: 5 to 10 lashes depending on the infraction; that s*** whistled and BURNED!
