The GameStop I went to today had over 600 copies of Modern Warfare 3 in their back room, or so I overheard. While it's understandable they'd not heard of Otomedius X, they didn't even seem to have any information on it in their system. I don't understand. I just...
I kinda want this, and I kinda want the special edition for the dlc, but then i literally would have purchased an anime pillow over the internet and I don't know how I could live with myself after that.

Went down to my local Gamestop after work to see if Otomedius Excellent was in, the GS associate said that it's suppose to be out today November 2nd, 2011. He said to check again either tomorrow or Friday with them to see if it finally ships it out (is gonna come via UPS, of course). Am glad I put down a $5 reserve for it, otherwise, it'd be slim pickings indeed.

Exactly, but that's just the recolor Anoa compatibility pack for online co-op play for others players to see, hence it being a GS exclusive pre-order and JP limited edition code.
The rest of the DLC would/will be coming in the weeks/months ahead.
Well, besides the obvious region locking, here's a quick update from me.
Amazon now fully has stock of both versions, and Gamefly lists the game to rent as "Available Now", so it seems the game will be coming in retailers like Gamestop sometime soon.

Because they want to/it, and whatever, I don't find the game bad, it good to me, at least, but to each their own opinion. To me, I find FPS's and other genres that I don't like are shit.

It's literally just Gradius, isn't it? If you like Gradius, I assume you'll like it; I love Gradius games, so it goes without saying.
Hopefully, it'll be at my GameStop when I head up there this weekend.
