Sengeki Striker: How does it feel?
I remember a long time ago, somebody making mention that Sengeki Striker had some Cave staff in the developement. I guess I'm not so much concerned with the truth in that, as much as wondering if anybody can vouch for a psuedo Cave flavour to this game. Was somebody just making a stretch

Sengeki Striker has a pretty unique feel. Almost all the bullets are small, and each different color of bullet goes a different speed, and it gets very crowded at times with those little dots. It feels like trying to dodge rain. Plus, none of the graphics are super vibrant, so you just get swamped with stuff sometimes. Plus, the only way to kill stuff is with the charge shot, which kind of feels like it's going off by itself, so your kind of just floating through all the debris, hoping to slip between the rain.
I like the game, but it's definitely got a unique feel. -similar to cave stuff as far as bullet spam goes (only because there's tons of fast and slow bullets and a tiny hit area- still feels different because the bullets are so small), but very dissimilar as far as the shooting and control goes.
Maybe it's a cross between a slow dodonpachi and the horror version on the Gekidoh PSX disc, with a little bit of lethal thunder thrown in

Well, according to the KLOV entry on this game: http://www.klov.com/game_detail.php?let ... me_id=9485
it was done by Kaneko, so it couldn't be too bad!
