Raiden fighters Aces Australian (PAL) release??

There's a guy on eBay selling Australian PAL region copies of this game. He has sold 12, his feedback record is good but I can't find feedback specifically from the copies of this game he has apparently sold. The sales go back some months.

It's news to me if this game has been released in AUS because it's not been released in any other PAL regions.

It hasn't been rated by the government so it cant be Australian pal copies.

Does it have to be? Wouldn't a PEGI rating be enough?

I've sent him a message to see whether he claims to physically have stock. The only way I can see him having it is if JoWood actually pressed some discs for retail before they went under and somehow some of that stock has leaked out.

Here's something interesting. JoWood actually obtained a Pegi 12 rating for the game.

Ignoring the supposed release date, I can assure you this is a new addition to the PEGI database because I have previously checked for this game many times before when trying to see if any of the proposed release dates had any credibility (as obviously no PEGI rating meant that a release was not possible).

Well that's the odd thing. He's an established seller. As I say if it's legit it must be leaked stock from a release that never happened.

I might stick an order in as well. Buyer protection ought to cover me if it's a fiddle.
