Favorite character of choice in the shmups you play?

Just out of curiosity, what's everyone's favorite ship of choice?

I'll list for the one's I play.

Strikers 1945 II - Hayate (best ship in the game, I'm sure)
Raiden Fighters Jet - Eraser (I love it's mega lasers)
Raiden Fighters 2 - Dark Sword (Faster than Judge Spear. Yikes)
Strikers 1945 Plus - Pancake (best ship, I would love to have the Hayate in here)

Currently playing:

Gunbird - Yuan Nang (love sweeping bullets away with her special)
Sengoku Blade - Yunice (although I'm still trying others, haven't quite decided which one I like best yet)
Soldier Blade - the only ship available
