Need help identifying a Shmup :<

Hi guys, I really need your help identifying a shmup I used to play as a child, as I want to play it again, but cannot recall its name. I have a pic of it, I think, which unfortunately does not have a name, so Im still left guessing its name. Could you please help me ? The pic is here

For a long while i thought it was batrider, before i realised batrider was something else.... got mixed up between games with bat in the name.

Holy crap, I remember downloading that game off of AOL 4.0 or something back in 1997. Shareware for the first level. Damn, those old DOS games.
