Street Fighter Ultracade. WTF?

Post by Damocles »

So....I walk into my local arcade and what do I find? A Street Fighter Anniversary Edition arcade cab. When the hell did this get released? It contains SFII, SFII',SSFII,SSFIIT,SFA,SFA2, and SFA3.

This bugs me, however. I tried out SFA3 with Vega, and something felt very, very wrong. I don't know what the story is, but the emulation just seems completely off. Not just timing, but overall feel....hit detection, etc. Does anyone know if this is merely SFA3 emulated, or a new rev?

Anyway....I can't complain, since it's the only 2d fighter there besides Guilty Gear XX and MvsC2.

They only wanted to sue the people selling mame boxes to arcade operators.

they posted a statement saying that they are perfe tly willing ot transfer the trademark to the peole who shoudl own it. They feel that it should be filed, an use dagainst the bootleggers, and that's not an entirely incorrect statement.

Ultracade feels weak

I would rather put a Dreamcast or a Saturn in a Arcade machine

That would be incredible compared to the Half ass Mame Emulation
