Recommended settings for Radiant Sivergun through SSF

Anybody have any recommended settings for this running the latest release on Intel core I5 with 4 gigs ram. It runs great so far but i do notice some input lag via x360 gamepad.

Ok got it running really good. Only issue is the slight input lag. I have a feeling this is the emu. I tried turning off Windows Aero theme and that seems to help a little. Not really sure what else i can do though.
