edit: loljustcheckedtheirwebsite - not the kind of publisher you'd expect to publish a shoot'em up, definitely. But then agian, 505 Games proved me wrong last gen.
Yeah but if you read this
to re-launch the back catalogue of games and invest in developing the wholly owned IP's
Oh and I seriously hope this not one of those publishers that refuse to answer mails so bombard them.
emailed them in both Swedish and English still no answer
Thanks for your email regarding Raiden Fighter Aces for XBOX360.
We also love Raiden, but this title was never released by JoWooD and from the information we have, it seems there was a substantial amount of issues with the submission process at Microsoft (and the title really belonged to another published and was some kind of joint deal). So we will not be able to release it as we haven’t bought the rights to it.
Sorry about that, we would have loved to release a proper shooter like Raiden as well!
Guess Tradewest owns the rights and for some reason they haven't released it. The game is in limbo, because somebody owns the rights but isn't releasing the game. I'm mad now.

Good investigative work !
"...There was a substantial amount of issues with the submission process at Microsoft...", I will send an email to Larry (Major Nelson), maybe he knows something about this matter !

We need to stay persistent and it will pay off eventually.

How's that coming along?
EDIT: Checked their Facebook page. I still don't understand why the hell they can get crappy DS and Wii games to Europe no worries and be all smiles about that but screw up with RFA. FFS.

They are a bunch of dicks thats what
True. By the way, got 59 millions on Jet at True Final Boss. RFA uses the Japan versions right?
The only thing (as minimal as it is) that adds any weight to Valcon releasing this in Europe is that shopto did go from their JoWood boxart back to the Valcon branded image. Although this was also accompanied by the date changing to TBC (which I think is located somewhere in the valley of Limbo).
30th of September seems a little unlikely though.

Let's see if I ever get a reply.
Dear sir,
At Valcon games we are always looking for new and innovative gaming brands to add to our portfolio. Unfortunately at this time we are not able to comment on any future releases or the likelihood of releasing RFA in Europe.
Many thanks for you interest in Valcon games.
