Any news about a Virtual Console on the Wii U??...

I know that there will be (or already is) a Virtual Console on the 3DS, but I haven't read or heard of any mention of one for the Wii U. This is pretty important to me, because without the Virtual Console on the Wii, I'd own a GameCube instead.

I'm almost certain that there will still be a Virtual Console.
There was a rumor that there might be GC download titles,
but take that with a huge grain of salt since it came from a page notorious for making up stuff on the spot.

What custom soundtracks? I don't think the amount of retail games allowing for that was even close to twenty.
