It's funny hearing people generalizing all dance music as being rubbish. Well, since you're only slagging 98% of it, I'm almost tempted to agree with you, but the fact is there is tons of well produced and intelligent dance music out there.


The funny thing about Scooter is that they are hell a lot more talented than they show, and they know exactly what they are doing, making intentional unintelligent (but well produced) dance music.
But that's a story for another day.

I used to be pretty picky and elitist about what I listened to, but over the years I've learned to loosen up and having fun listening to dumb music.

Still, I do have a real hard time respecting most modern pop music that takes itself incredibly seriously while sounding like crap, and promoting horrible life styles and seriously dumb ideals. All that rap/r'n'b hybrid stuff that they play in the radio? Can't stand it.
